Tumbling

Flipping Awesome Tumbling Classes

Tumbling is one of CTA’s core offerings, as it is the basis for other forms of recreational and competitive sports like gymnastics and cheerleading. Not to mention, it is a great way to strengthen muscles and improve and maintain your physique.

CTA offers various tumbling classes to accommodate boys and girls as young as toddlers and as advanced as USASF Level 6 tumbling. Students are placed in classes based on their ages and prerequisite skills. While each class has a varying focus, CTA’s philosophy remains the same in each. In order to maximize the learning potential of all students, we implement and adhere to a manageable student-to-instructor ratio.

Classes are offered once a week and pricing is based on a 12-week block (3 month). Prices listed do not include tax or the fees associated with registration and insurance. Classes can be joined at anytime following an assessment by our USASF certified staff. Assessments can be done during our open gyms (times may vary depending on season). All classes require a signed insurance waiver and liability fee. Please note our liability fee renews every June. Students can wear athletic wear (Spandex, cotton, breathable shorts and t-shirt) or a leotard to class. Shoes are optional for tumbling classes but are required for cheerleading. Long hair needs to be tied back with a hairband.
