BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE

Every January, CTA holds a Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge! This challenge gives you access to weekly weigh-ins and optional measurements, unlimited use of our cardio and weight rooms throughout the 8-week duration, 8 free non-specialty fitness classes of your choice, as well as a 30 minute Tone and Stretch class following the weekly weigh-in. Monetary prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners of this challenge each year!

INSANITY LIVE

INSANITY LIVE with Tiffany is the cardio-based, athletic-style workout that combines the best of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and strength moves designed to help you get fit fast! Each high-energy workout is packed with cardio drills, plyometrics, and bodyweight strength moves that help you get lean and strong. No weights required! And because there are modifications for every fitness level, INSANITY LIVE is one of the most inclusive, inspiring, and innovative classes you’ll ever do.

P90X Live is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: cardio, lower strength, upper strength, and core.

Turbo Kick LIVE

Turbo Kick LIVE is a high-energy workout that was developed to provide a safe, effective, and fun cardiovascular workout that utilizes kickboxing, boxing, and martial arts style moves and combines them with continuous aerobic movement and anaerobic intervals!

SH1FT/L1FT

SH1FT is a 30-minute high-intensity workout that is remixed in a way that is accessible to all levels. L1FT is a 30-minute workout to sculpt lean muscles that will turn you into a fat-burning machine!

INTERVAL STEP

Interval Step is a total body conditioning class that involves both cardio and strength exercises. This class revolves around the step with mixed intervals of weight/resistance training.

CORE DE FORCE

This class is a mixed martial arts-inspired workout. It requires no contact and is a high-energy, total-body sculpting class!

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

A different workout each class with a combination of weights, cardio, & abs. This circuit style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full-body training session while jamming to fun music. Be ready to break a sweat!

CYCLE HEAT

Intermediate to Advanced level exercise bike class. You will be sure to love the club-like atmosphere including black lights, a disco ball, and loud music. Combining high-intensity sprints, jumps, and heavy resistance climbs will leave you huffing and puffing while having a blast! Get ready to spike your metabolism and do some serious calorie burning!

CYCLE CIRCUIT

This class is a mash-up of two of our favorites at CTA. In this class, you will do 30 minutes of cycle and another 30 minutes of a weight and ab circuit!

FULL BODY CYCLE

This class is the best of both worlds! It combines the cardio you want from a cycle and strength training of using weights all in one 1-hour class!

CYCLE REVOLUTION

Athletic and FUN cardiovascular indoor cycling class with upbeat and motivating music! Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat!

BOOTCAMP

Are you a little intimidated by CrossFit? Do you enjoy high-intensity group training but dislike the complex lifts? Our BOOTCAMP program might be the right fit for you! This summer program is geared toward improving overall fitness by combining high-intensity training (without complex Olympic lifts) in a fun out doors environment. There also are in door boot camp sessions at our 13,000 square foot facility.

CIZE LIVE is a dance class for EVERYONE! It’s an opportunity for self-expression and heart-pumping physical activity that’s so much fun it doesn’t feel like exercise.

HIP HOP HUSTLE

Created by Chalene Johnson, Hip-Hop Hustle blends simple hip-hop moves with music and funk, and no dance experience is required. The moves are simple and easy to learn, and once you get them down, you’ll be able to power up the intensity.

HI-LO

This 30-minute class combines both high and low impact aerobics moves. It is typically paired with another class to create a full 60-minute class.

TRANSFORM

Transform is a 30-minute high-intensity cardiovascular conditioning class that is suitable for participants of all fitness levels. While it is a musically driven format, it does not require you to move to the beat at all times. It is typically paired with another class to create a full 60-minute class.
