FITNESS CLASSES

INSANITY LIVE

INSANITY LIVE with Tiffany is the cardio-based, athletic-style workout that combines the best of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and strength moves designed to help you get fit fast! Each high-energy workout is packed with cardio drills, plyometrics, and bodyweight strength moves that help you get lean and strong. No weights required! And because there are modifications for every fitness level, INSANITY LIVE is one of the most inclusive, inspiring, and innovative classes you’ll ever do.

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Cost: $10 per individual class; discount packages available

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

A different workout each class with a combination of weights, cardio, & abs. This circuit style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full-body training session while jamming to fun music. Be ready to break a sweat!

  • Duration: 60 minutes

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

TRX is a full-body workout that utilizes a person’s own body weight. TRX is a form of functional training that leverages your body weight to help build strength, lose weight, and increase flexibility using the suspension trainer. The exercises can easily be adapted to your fitness level. TRX is a ground-based bodyweight training that utilizes suspension straps hanging from a single anchor point that does strength, cardio, stability and core stability utilizing more than 300 exercises.

  • Prerequisite: TRX is limited to 6 people so reserve your spot ASAP!
  • Duration: 60 minutes

CYCLE HEAT

Intermediate to Advanced level exercise bike class. You will be sure to love the club-like atmosphere including black lights, a disco ball, and loud music. Combining high-intensity sprints, jumps, and heavy resistance climbs will leave you huffing and puffing while having a blast! Get ready to spike your metabolism and do some serious calorie burning!

  • Prerequisite: Limited bikes available.

ZUMBA

Zumba involves dance & aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue & mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. The dance moves were designed to enhance flexibility. Aerobic: Yes. The high-and low-intensity intervals make Zumba an excellent cardio workout. Traditional Zumba workouts emphasize strengthening the core, while Zumba Toning and Zumba Step workouts incorporate weights to build muscles in the arms, legs, & glutes.

BOOTCAMP

Are you a little intimidated by CrossFit? Do you enjoy high-intensity group training but dislike the complex lifts? Our BOOTCAMP program might be the right fit for you! This summer program is geared toward improving overall fitness by combining high-intensity training (without complex Olympic lifts) in a fun out doors environment. There also are in door boot camp sessions at our 13,000 square foot facility.

TEAM FITNESS TRAINING

Station-based HIT training, combined with resistance training and cardio. Upbeat with a very motivational instructor!

YOGA TONE & SCULPT

A vinyasa flow style class that incorporates light to moderate weights for additional toning benefits. All movements can be adjusted to suit your fitness needs!

CYCLE REVOLUTION

Athletic and FUN cardiovascular indoor cycling class with upbeat and motivating music! Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat!

WEIGHT & CARDIO ROOM MEMBERSHIP

This membership gives you access to both our weight room and cardio fitness room!

  • 4 weeks unlimited use
  • Cost: $10 per month

PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer both one-on-one and small group personal training. Includes basic nutritional information, meal planning guidance, and motivation to push you along the way. Let our NASM CERTIFIED personal trainer help you achieve your fitness goals!
