At CTA – Champion Fitness in Morgantown, WV, we are about motivation, inspiration, and RESULTS. You won’t find a more qualified and dedicated group of fitness professionals anywhere in the industry.

We are dedicated at CTA – Champion Fitness, to making a difference in the Quality of Life of each client and participant. At Champion Fitness, it’s all about YOU! Regardless of where you are in your health and fitness journey, we have a program for you!

We welcome you to enjoy and try out up to 15 various class formats for FREE! At CTA, fitness never gets boring! We also offer Kiddie Cove which is our childcare for our morning fitness classes.

Register for “in-person” or “virtual classes” using the Vagaro app, going online to vagaro.com/cta or selecting the “sign up” tab. At check out, enter the class promo code to receive your FREE class. Each promo code is located under our fitness class descriptions.

Don’t forget to check out our packages as they can save you some money. You get to use within a 2-month period! All packages located in Vagaro are found under memberships.

BOOTCAMP

Are you a little intimidated by CrossFit? Do you enjoy high-intensity group training but dislike the complex lifts? Our BOOTCAMP program might be the right fit for you! This summer program is geared toward improving overall fitness by combining high-intensity training (without complex Olympic lifts) in a fun out doors environment. There also are in door boot camp sessions during inclement weather

CIZE LIVE

CIZE LIVE is a dance fitness class for EVERYONE! It’s a heart-pumping physical activity that’s so much fun it doesn’t feel like exercise. Participants learn a music video-like routine that has been professionally choreographed to a popular hit song. The method in which each move is broken down, repeated, and layered is what creates this amazing feeling for people who have danced or for those that always wanted to dance but never realized how easy it is.

CORE DE FORCE

This is a mixed martial arts-inspired workout that puts a little badass into a no contact high-energy, total-body sculpting class! Combinations from boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai are guaranteed to shred fat, trim your waistline, and are addictively fun! Core De Force is appropriated for seasoned athletes and beginners as participants move at their own pace. The music pumps you up as you train like a fighter making you feel empowered and confident!

CYCLE CIRCUIT

This class is a mash-up of two of our favorites at CTA – our signature Cycle and Total Body Workout class. In this class, you will start with 30 minutes of cycle and finish with 30 minutes of weight training circuit and abs! Get ready to enjoy this amazing cardio party on a bike, along with circuit stations that are sure to strengthen and tone your legs, butt, chest, biceps, triceps, and shoulders.

CYCLE HEAT

This exercise bike class will push your body past its limits while discovering the best version of you. Our signature cycle workout adds an intensity like no other. CYCLE REVOLUTION

Athletic and FUN cardiovascular indoor cycling class with an upbeat one-of-a-kind motivating music mix made by Brian Funky Fellers! The atmosphere of disco lights makes for an exciting experience as you do drills such as seated and standing flats, climbs, sprints, and various timed drills. FULL BODY CYCLE

This class is the best of both worlds! It combines the cardio you want from a cycle and strength training using weights while on your bike! Enjoy our signature cycle workout with an added twist! Halfway through the class we turn up the resistance and spin with a set of weights. This workout will challenge your entire body in a whole new way while getting a killer ride! HIP HOP HUSTLE

Hip Hop Hustle is a format class designed by fitness celebrity, Chalene Johnson. Hip-Hop Hustle blends simple hip-hop moves with upbeat music and funk. No dance experience is required. The moves are simple and easy to learn! Our Hustle format is super fun for everyone where it has several blocks of choreography, and at the end, we put it all together along with heart-pumping showstopper music, that creates a fitness class that doesn’t feel like exercise!

HI-LO + Instructor’s Choice

In this 60-minute class, you will enjoy a 30-minute workout that combines both high and low-impact aerobics moves followed by 30 minutes of a work-out of the instructor’s choice. Hi-Lo is a throwback to the old school days of aerobics that brings the same energy, intensity, and effectiveness of a HIGH Fitness class but with a lower impact included. INSANITY LIVE

INTERVAL STEP

Interval Step is a total body conditioning class that involves both cardio and strength exercises. Step class will tone and shape muscles, improve coordination, balance, and stamina. This class uses choreographed routines on and around the step with mixed intervals of weight/resistance training and athletic challenges (power moves, plyometrics). Step moves are broken down and range from simple to advanced, utilizing fun and energetic music.

Turbo Kick LIVE is not just a fitness class – it is a total experience that combines a high-energy workout with a party feel! SPECIAL EVENTS

BOOTCAMP

Champion Fitness Boot Camps are a heart-pounding way to boost your fitness level. Lead by a fitness instructor, they encourage camaraderie, and the group momentum to help participants get through fast-paced intervals of cardio, isometric training, strength training, and endurance drills. Classes are 60 minutes long and run in four to six-week durations which creates a team-like environment for each class member. Our Boot Camps are held outdoors and indoors if there is a rainy day. One can choose a package pricing depending on if you want to train once, twice, or three times a week. This is a seasonal event that starts late Spring in May and ends in August.

BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE

Every January, CTA holds a Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge! This challenge gives you access to weekly weigh-ins and optional measurements, unlimited use of our cardio and weight rooms throughout the 8-week duration, 8 free non-specialty fitness classes of your choice, as well as a 30 minute Tone and Stretch class following the weekly weigh-in. Monetary prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners of this challenge each year!
