CLASSES

ZUMBA TOTAL BODY

Combination of Zumba & circuit weight training (toning sticks, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, etc.) Zumba Total Body Workout combines body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

A different workout each class with a combination of weights, cardio, & abs. This circuit style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session while jamming to fun music. Be ready to break a sweat

KICKBOXING MUAY THAI

Combination of boxing & kickboxing including self-defense techniques.

BEGINNER CYCLE

Gain the confidence you need to go the distance! This 30 minute beginner to intermediate level class features shorter intervals, a lower range of resistances, and high-energy music to keep each ride fun and exciting.

CYCLE HEAT

Intermediate to Advanced level exercise bike class. You will be sure to love the club like atmosphere including black lights, a disco ball, and loud music. Combining high-intensity sprints, jumps, and heavy resistance climbs will leave you huffing and puffing while having a blast! Get ready to spike your metabolism and do some serious calorie burning!
